Choosing a Payday Advance Company
When choosing a payday advance provider, look for the CFSA seal. CFSA member companies adhere to a special code of standards, Industry Best Practices, which were developed to ensure responsible lending practices, and to protect borrowers’ rights. All CFSA member companies are required to prominently display the CFSA Member Seal and Industry Best Practices in all store locations as well as provide the CFSA Best Practices Brochure to all new customers.
Should you have any concerns about a CFSA member company’s adherence to a consumer protection promised by CFSA’s Best Practices, contact CFSA directly at cfsa@multistate.com or call our hotline at 888. 572. 9329
Please remember…
Payday advances must be used responsibly and for the purpose for which they were intended—to solve temporary cash-flow problems by bridging the gap between paydays. Payday advances are not a long-term solution for ongoing budget management.
